Our Story
It all started when the world stopped.
During the global pandemic, I was inspired to create ice cream flavors based on past and future solo travels. Realizing that I had to hold my travel memories near and dear since traveling would no longer be the same, I created Solo Scoop Creamery. These ice creams and sorbets are meant to be a physical replication of my curious eye.
